GRAMMAR IN ACTION BOOK 2 (PRIMARY 3&4)

This book is the second in a three-part series and has been specially written to provide pupils with focused practice on grammar. It closely follows the English Syllabus issued by the Ministry of Education, Singapore and is designed to provide a good start for developing sound grammar skills.

Each Book has been organised to expose pupils to the respective elements of grammar taught for the two levels with clear, concise notes and examples to aid understanding.
The practice exercises aim to build pupils’ foundation in the English language and by working through them, pupils gain a good grasp of the proper use of grammar rules, thereby increasing their confidence in tackling test and examinations.

The general revision at the end of each unit tests pupils’ proficiency in the grammar component learnt. An Answer key has been provided for quick and easy checks
It is hoped that as pupils strengthen their proficiency in English grammar, it would help them in other key areas such as writing and speaking, achieving better results overall in the English Language examination. Along the way, may they grow to love the language and became competent writers and speakers of English.
