Delivery / Service Policy
Kindly allow 6 – 12 weeks of processing time for magazine subscriptions to commence. Upon commencement, delivery within Singapore takes 3 -7 working days.  For international orders, please check the rates as recommended according to areas and zones.

Refund Policy – Magazine Subscriptions
Please note that some of the publications you subscribed may not have any refund policy.

• For any refunds given by publishers, there will be an administrative charge of 5% of your purchase value.
• We will refund based on the recommendations of respective publishers on undelivered issues.
• Kindly allow 6- 8 weeks to complete refunds.
